What Is Prayer?

Over the years, what I have considered prayer has changed. I was raised to believe that praying is almost like doing magic. Many people believe that by the power of their own will they can force a reality that they want into being. And anything that doesn’t conform to the desires is evil.

But, over time, I came to believe that to connect to true Power requires me releasing my personal will. And that awareness changed what prayer meant to me.

In this video, I share where I am with the action of prayer these days and how my goal is to see myself and all beings in as radiant a light as possible and to create from that place. Using the images below (available on Substack), I break down prayer using the acrostic below as well the ideas of false and true projection.

My goal is to present to viewers that we all have direct access to the Divine Mind and that when we get out of our own way, what we project into the world is more consistent with Reality than the miscreations we bring into the world when we limit ourselves to sense perception.
